Booking terms
These terms apply to hunts booked with Okangawa Farming & Hunting Safaris.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the daily-rate total secures your dates. Trophy fees are not part of the deposit.
Cancellation and refunds
The deposit is refundable only if you cancel before the start of the relevant hunting season, or in case of force majeure (for example, a pandemic).
Balance and trophy fees
Pay the balance and trophy fees when it suits your party, before or at the end of your hunt.
Payment
Payment by EFT (bank transfer) or cash, in EUR, USD or NAD.
International bank and transfer fees are paid by the hunter.
Included in the daily rate
- Full board accommodation
- Laundry
- Skinning and field preparation of trophies
- Delivery of trophies to the taxidermist
- Baboon and jackal at no trophy fee
Not included
- Gratuities
- Trophy handling from the taxidermist onward
- Packaging and freight
- Skinning jackal or baboon as a kept trophy (€100 (≈ $110) per animal)

Prices on this website are in euro. US dollar prices are approximate, converted at €1 = $1.16.
US dollar amounts are a guide only and are subject to change if the exchange rate moves significantly.
